Refund policy
Sometimes things don't go quite to plan - we get that.
If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product please:
1. Pls send a contact form through our Contact Me page
2. Once we get back with a shipping address, you may return your order back to us.
Once received, we will gladly refund your order.
Please be aware that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that all items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until received by Belle Femme.
If there has been a mix up with your order please Contact us and we will be in touch as soon as possible to make it better.
Please be sure to include your name and order number when returning any products to enable us to issue a refund as soon as possible.
Please also be aware that our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
